The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
The candidate will also be responsible for targeting key accounts, building relationships with new clients, setting appointments and uncovering new opportunities and helping to grow the business.

Experience

Previous experience as a Business Development Manager with a top consulting firm and track record as a Top Performer in your peer group;
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development Experience in Domestic IT Staffing Industry(Must)
- Ability to Work independently and Multi task in a Fast paced Environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Must have existing client company relationships (Must)
- Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
- High Energy and hungry for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
